We’re thrilled to invite you to Veteran Resilience Project’s (VRP) 2nd Annual SWEAT 4 VETS—an energizing sauna and cold plunge experience and fundraiser happening Saturday, October 25th on the lake walk in front of the Endion Inn in Canal Park, Duluth, MN.
This unique wellness event blends the restorative power of sauna and cold immersion with a mission-driven purpose: supporting mental health healing for Minnesota Veterans, Service Members, and Spouses.

2 hour pass to enjoy several woodfire saunas brought to you by North Shore Sauna, set up so you can walk to cold plunge in Lake Superior!

Can’t make it? The Silent Auction will be available online for open bidding from Oct 1st until 7:30pm- the night of the event on Oct 25th. So many great silent auction items that you don’t want to miss! Every dollar raised goes to directly support EMDR therapy for MN Veteran and spouses.
