Daniel Crawford was introduced to 23V as a participant of 23V Recon. After facing his own personal challenges following his time in the Marines, he found that service was his calling. He is committed to supporting veterans and their families. With a deep passion for service and community, Daniel has played a vital role in advocating for the needs of veterans, focusing on issues such as mental health, reintegration, and access to resources.
His solo 1,000 mile walk symbolizes his commitment to helping fellow veterans find new beginnings. Daniel decided to walk to Texas, aiming to raise awareness about the struggles many veterans face. This trek served not only as a physical challenge, but also as a means to connect with others and foster a sense of camaraderie among veterans.
Daniel’s efforts with the 23rd Veteran have made a significant impact on countless lives, providing support, mentorship, and a sense of belonging to those who have served.
